Bow Hunts - $1500.00

Five days in early November- peak of rut. Full accommodations and semi-guided. One buck (125 in. min.) and two does. Additional buck 500 dollars (125 in. min.)

Bow season presents the opportunity to hunt during the peak of the most exciting time of the year-- the rut. It is those few week in November, between muzzleloader and rifle season, that the monster bucks come out of the wood work. Hunt over travel-corridors and bottlenecks to catch a mature whitetail cruising for hot does. This time of year presents your best odds of getting close to a good buck.

During October and December our bow hunts use a different game plan. This is an enjoyable time to hunt because the deer are more patternable. A set up for early or late season hunting will most likely take place near resources such as feeders, food plots, or even water.

The stands we offer are generally ladder stands although, for some situations, a tripod, blind, or other stand may be more appropriate.

Muzzleloader Hunts - $2000.00

Rifle Hunts - $2500.00

Opening weekend, five days, full accommodations and fully guided. Includes one buck (125 in. min.) and one doe.

Oklahoma is not considered a top ten state for big bucks. Sections of Oklahoma are developing reputations for consistency generates trophies. Grant county is largely agricultural which provides the resources needed during antler development and produces deer that weigh well over 200 pounds. We boast a good balance of cropland, grassland, and woodland which provides enough cover for large amounts of deer and a terrain that is fun to hunt.

You will likely see deer that gross 125 to 140 in. but there are an increasing number of deer being allowed to mature to the 150 to 170 range. Our genetics and resources are starting to produce some freaks with non-typical kickers but we still enjoy those pretty, symmetrical, picket-fence type racks with good tine length. Expect your hunting experience to be relatively comfortable. Most of DCO's stands are enclosed shooting towers but we may also employ the use of tripods, etc. If you would like a small 3000 BTU heater, just ask up front and we will send you to the stand with one.

In your down time you can relax at the comfortable farm house which serves as lodging facilities (pictures are in the gallery). Everything from the meals to field dressing will be taken care of so you can enjoy your dream hunt. You won't find anyone with a better deal for the price. Give us a call if you have any questions.
